Update: We are in the process of planning for the Epilepsy Awareness Squad Gala 2015 so keep your eyes out!
Update: February 26, 2014 – The Gala was a success! We had a great evening with amazing entertainment, food and fun! And we raised over $2000 for Epilepsy Education initiatives (here in BC and overseas in Sierra Leone).
We also screened our first original film Epilepsy: A Definition of Courage. The film features people with Epilepsy from all over the world and original music by Alannah Clark. It is now online at http://youtu.be/dmrsrsdjsiA

Hello everyone! The Epilepsy Awareness squad is proud to announce that we will be hosting a Gala at Sumac Ridge Golf Course (Summerland) on February 22, 2014 from 5:00p.m. – 9:00p.m.
We will be raising funds for epilepsy aid programs, both here in British Columbia and also in Sierra Leone, Africa!

The night will feature entertainment provided by the lovely Alannah Clark from Vancouver Island, B.C., a silent auction with various wonderful goodies, and a delicious three course meal (your choice of steak, salmon, chicken, ribs or a vegetarian option) and coffee or tea. Other beverages will also be for sale at the event.
